Geez, I thought Indiana would be much warmer than MN!!!

Here is a pic of me looking good with the ears where they should be. I am now a whopping 49 pounds and 20 weeks old and still growing like a weed. Dad is still cracking the whip on me and making me mind all the time which disgusts me but overall he and mom are pretty good and treat and feed me well. By the way, do not forget that you can click on any picture to enlarge it to see how pretty I am!! LOL

Mom and dad think this photo is funny now that my ears are ok!! This is my first snow and I can not help the wind is blowing 35mph+!! Even though I am from MN this is some cold weather now that I am a house dog. I have to admit that once I do my business I am ready to come back in the house.....PRONTO!!

Hi all, thought we would blog on the newest addition to our family...Gus. Dogs have been a major part of my life. As a youngster I trained and hunted with several beagles moving my way into duck hunting and field trialing Labradors and Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. That is when I met my future wife who worked at the veterinarian where I took my dogs. That was over twenty-five years ago. I also had my first rottweiler when we met and have had several more over the years. After putting my last rott to sleep in April we have been without a dog for the first time in nearly forty years!! After a long search we think and hope we have found our next dog who we already have named Gus. At this point he is three weeks old and in five more we will have our next spoiled rotten bundle of joy.
